I truly cannot believe it is already September!! But something about it has brought me peace as I woke up this morning ready to take on the day and have checked off at least 1/2 of my to-do list already :) Gearing up for a great month...and I have some great favorites to share this round!
Okay, so maybe you should have known this one was coming if you've seen my social media recently. Kinda obsessed with this store! I love that it carries many different fitness clothing lines, BUT they also pick great items from each line. You can really do some damage here ladies! (And guys, I'm not sure you can go wrong if you need a gift ;)) One new line that I discovered and love <3 is Zobha. So soft and super cute!
2. Outdoor Furniture
For 3 years, my poor husband has dealt with me complaining about our lack of outdoor furniture. I LOVE sitting outside in the morning with my coffee, and we do have seating around our beautiful deck...but it just wasn't the same! We partially didn't have a set because we couldn't find one we both liked and I couldn't justify spending money when we are back and forth so much. But now that we do, I must admit it was worth the 3 year wait. It's kinda ridiculous how happy I am to sit out there in the morning! We got this set from Costco.
3. The Confident Woman Devotional by Joyce Meyer
I start every morning with a quick read from this book. I struggle with self-confidence. This is a great way to wake up and I love the messages every day. I have noticed improvement in my personal and professional life from the daily readings...especially right in the morning after I read them!
I had cut pre-workout out of my life since last February, but decided to give Beachbody's Energize a try whenever my husband needed to order more pre-workout (and I started getting really picky about what was in his other workout supps). While I'm not completely satisfied with the ingredients (Is the citric acid non-GMO? What IS "Natural Lemonade Flavor?"), it is definitely way better than many others I've seen on the market in terms of ingredients. I also found that it helps my focus in a workout, especially whenever I know its going to be a longer session (as my CIZE certification was on Sunday!)
5. Baking Soda
Yup, baking soda!! I've been using it to make my own cleaning products around the house (trying to cut back on chemicals and toxins). SO many uses. I used this website to get some ideas: http://www.care2.com/greenliving/51-fantastic-uses-for-baking-soda.html
Hope you can give some of these a try! Let me know below if you do or have tried some of these.
